Inspection
We inspect to see if there are any major stains which need to be treated before general cleaning.

Pre Treatment
All carpet and upholstery is treated prior to cleaning, to loosen the soils which are embedded in the carpet.

Steam Cleaning
The cleaning process is achieved with our state of the art equipment. The system used allows us to have superior suction to retrieve ample amounts of the water sprayed and high heat to release the soils within the carpet/upholstery. Dry times may vary depending on severity of material but are typically around 2 hrs.

Scotchgard
We use 3M scotchgard which Helps repel spills, block stains and resist soils keeping fabrics and upholstery cleaner and newer looking longer. Scotchgard Protects your sofas, chairs, chair pads, auto upholstery and throw pillows.
Stain removal: For stains which may not remove from our regular cleaning process, we have a number of stain specific solutions. We will inform you before use of these chemicals as there is a stain removal charge varying in price according to size & severity of stain. There will be no charge if we are unable to remove stain.
