POLISHING
The shine from stone comes from the reflection of light off the smooth surface. Heavy traffic (everyday use), small scratches and the use of improper chemicals will fade the shine of your stone over time. This can be restored with our polishing services.

HONING
In this process with the use of abrasive discs we smooth out the surface of the stone. Removing etch marks and scratches which may be to severe for just polishing.

GRINDING
To remove deep scratches and remove lippage (uneven tile edges). Accomplished by machine and Diamond discs with water to create a dust free environment.

MAINTENANCE CLEANING
Now that your stone has been properly restored we can make sure it stays looking new by getting you started on a maintenance program. Please ask for details. Upon completion of our restoration services we will provide you with the information to properly take care of your stone. ICC will also give you a bottle of concentrate cleaner to get you started and let you know where to purchase more when needed. We recommend sealing your stone to prevent any future staining and to make your maintenance minimal.

STAIN REMOVAL
When spilling any substance on your stone please blot up as much as possible. If it stains your stone we can remove most stains with a poultice. A poultice is a material used to re-absorb the stain. In some scenarios this may take several applications.
